Concentration: 1 mg per mL. A full dropper is 1 mL, which is 1,000 mcg.
How to measure a quarter dropper
- Shake the bottle gently, then squeeze the bulb and draw liquid into the dropper.
- Hold the dropper upright at eye level. The glass tube is a full dropper (1 mL) when filled to the top of the tube.
- For a quarter, fill the tube only one quarter of the way up from the tip. Squeeze out the extra back into the bottle until the liquid sits at that line.
- For a half, use the midpoint of the tube the same way.
- Dispense the measured amount by mouth or on food, once daily.
