Refund Policy

Before your order ships

Cancel any time before shipment for a full refund of everything you paid, including shipping and tax. Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

If we delay shipping

If we cannot meet the shipping window stated at checkout, we will contact you with a new date and your options. You may accept the new date or cancel for a full refund. If we cannot reach you for consent and the window passes, we will cancel and refund automatically.

After delivery

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full.

Because this is an ingestible product for animals, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene and safety reasons, except for the damage or error cases above.

If you are unhappy with an unopened bottle, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return authorization.

Subscriptions

Cancel before your next shipment is processed to avoid the next charge. Shipments already processed are handled under the rules above.
