1. Who we are

These terms govern purchases from Peptaw, operated by [PEPTAW LLC, address] ("Peptaw", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a United States shipping address. We ship to US addresses only.

Peptaw products are for animal use only and are not for human consumption. Consult your veterinarian before use.

3. Pre-order disclosure

Peptaw products are sold by pre-order. Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, before the product ships.

Each product page and your order confirmation state an estimated shipping window (currently 6 to 10 weeks from order). This is an estimate based on our manufacturing and testing schedule, not a guarantee of a specific date.

Founding pricing (25% off) applies to the first 1,000 orders and is applied at checkout.

4. Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will notify you by email before the window ends, give you a revised shipping date, and ask for your consent to the delay.

If you do not consent, or if we do not receive your response and cannot ship within the original window plus any delay you did not reject as required by law, we will cancel the order and refund you in full promptly, and in any event within the time required by the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435).

If the revised date is also missed, we will again ask for your consent or refund you.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel any order at any time before it ships for a full refund to your original payment method. Email us or use the link in your order confirmation.

6. Subscriptions

Subscription pricing, where offered, renews at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel before the next shipment is processed. We will email you before each renewal.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where required. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay.

8. Product information

These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

BPC-157 is not approved by the FDA for any species. Peptaw is a dog-labeled BPC-157 serum. Dosing guidance is general and is not veterinary advice.

9. Returns and refunds

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the seller is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [State to be confirmed by counsel.]
